Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup spinach or kale frozen
  • 1/2 banana frozen
  • 6 tablets chlorella and spirulina
  • 1 tsp white chia seeds
  • 2 scoops PBfit
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp ashwagandha
  • 1 scoop l-glutamine powder
  • 4 drops stevia
  • 4 ice cubes
  • 3/4 cup water
  • 3 tbsp berries and granola optional for smoothie bowls

Instructions
 

  • Add all ingredients except toppings to a blender and process until smooth
  • pour into a bowl and top with berries and granola
